MusicNT is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from Indigenous women with a range of industry skills and experience to apply for membership on a new Industry Reference Group. The Reference Group will assist us in planning, coordinating, operating and evaluating our Indigenous Women’s Music Program (IWMP) and the overall Development Plan that guides our work in this area. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for the Reference Group, a copy of our current Women’s Music Plan and a link to MusicNT’s overall Strategic Plan or download these from our website.

One Eye on the Stranger was developed in 2015 by Festival of Voices, to pair an iconic Australian musician with a handful of emerging artists – a lucky bunch, given the once in a life time opportunity to develop their craft and showcase their songs to a national festival audience. With the support of Territory and state music bodies, FoV are running a nationwide submissions process, selecting one emerging artist/songwriter from each state and territory to participate in the program. Each participant will receive an all expenses paid trip to Tassie, to exclusively workshop and perform alongside Kram. No word of a lie.
