Brooke Olsen


As AirIt Coordinator for Amrap, The Australian Music Radio Airplay project, Brooke Olsen works directly with unsigned musicians, independent and major labels to distribute new Australian releases out to community radio via AirIt - an online catalogue of Australian music, direct to community radio. In addition to this, Brooke has been involved in Sydney community radio for a number of years and currently hosts an award winning specialist music program on FBi Radio. She actively curates and programs various live music events for experimental and independent musicians, most recently Co-Directing Australia’s annual festival and conference of Independent and Innovative music Sound Summit, a project of MusicNSW – The Peak Body for music in the state of NSW. In addition to all of this, Brooke recently wrapped up booking and Co-Directing an independently run not-for-profit live space in Marrickville, Sydney which she founded 4 years prior.
